  1. Elevate the performance level of BLESS DD staff members:

  • Training workshops for the senior staff members organized by BLESS.
  • Training workshops for the assistants organized by BLESS.
  • Training workshops outside BLESS
  • Basic training courses for the field workers of the newly selected communities.
  • Refresher training courses.
  1. Elevate the performance level of the Development Committees and local association board members:

  • Basic training courses for the development committee members of the newly selected communities.
  • Refresher training courses [in collaboration with C.O. Program].
  • Training workshops in collaboration with Community Organization Program.
  1. Increase the awareness level of Church Clergy about development:

  • Training workshops for Church Clergy where CID is in implementation.
  1. Elevate the performance level of other NGOs staff members:

  • Training courses on various development topics.

(2) Coptic Center for Social Studies {CCSS}

  1. Providing BLESS staff with up-to-date information, studies and research on development issues and social phenomena:

  • Literacy classes.
  
  • Workshops.
  • Public meetings about importance of education.

  1. Enhancing Muslim - Christian relations:

  • Seminars.
  • Networks.
  
  • Documentations.

  1. Advocating for active Coptic participation in public life.

(3) Coptic Center for Public Relations /CCPR

  1. Enhance the communication process between BLESS various programs so that they are able to coordinate with each other in a systematic manner:

  1. Assist BLESS staff to network with other development organizations for the exchange of experience and knowledge:

  • Visits to other Development organizations.
  
  • Hold meetings with other Development agencies.
